        Within approximately an hours drive, you could visit the holiday resort of         Benidorm with its famous Terra Mitica theme park, the beautiful city of Alicante,         Europe's largest palm forest in Elche, the chocolate museum in Villajoyosa, the         luxurious sports complex and golf courses at La Manga on the Mar Menor or the         historic town of Cartagena.

        Easily accessible from both Alicante (45km, 35 mins drive) and Murcia (25 km, 20         mins drive) Airports. These airports are well serviced by scheduled, charter and         budget airlines. Hire cars are available from these airports or we can arrange         an airport pickup.

        For the benefit of other guests, this is a non-smoking apartment.
        A non - refundable deposit of £50 a week is required to secure the booking. The         balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a breakages deposit of         £50, which will be returned within 7 days upon satisfactory inspection of the         apartment and the return of all keys. A local management charge of €40 is         payable on arrival for full cleaning etc.
